Your AI, on your premises
Some firms cannot let client data leave the building, whatever the cloud provider promises. For them, we are building a private AI appliance: the same assistant, running entirely inside your office.
Local AI model
The language model runs on NVIDIA hardware in your office. Questions and answers are processed on site.
Your documents, indexed locally
Ledgers, reports and forecasts are searched on the appliance. Nothing is sent out to be indexed.
Encrypted and separated
Disks are encrypted, and client data sits on its own network segment, apart from everything else.
Three copies of your data
Backups follow the 3-2-1 rule, and a restore is tested every month.
No open doors
No inbound port is opened on your firewall. 911-CFO manages the appliance over a private, encrypted connection.
Same planner, same exports
Your team uses the same 911CFO.ai screens and Excel exports as in the cloud version.
Sized to your firm
The appliance is being designed in three sizes, named for who uses it. We recommend a size only after measuring how your team actually uses the assistant.
Built on NVIDIA accelerated computing.
How we decide together
We do not ask you to buy hardware on a hunch. Each step has to earn the next one.
Start in the cloud
Your team uses 911CFO.ai on Azure while we learn how you work.
Confirm the requirement
You tell us in writing that your data must stay on site, and why.
Measure real use
We measure how much your team asks of the assistant, so the size fits.
Install and manage
We install the appliance, test it with your documents and run it for you. If the numbers say you do not need it, we tell you.
See it with your own numbers
We are opening 911CFO.ai to a small group of firms first. Tell us how you run your budget and forecast today, and we will show you what changes.
